All estimates generated by our online MVP Cost Estimator and AI Automation Readiness Quiz are informational and directional only. They do not constitute a formal, binding contract or guaranteed pricing. Full development terms, specifications, milestones, and actual pricing are established solely via mutually signed statements of work (SOW) or custom development agreements.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

Our Content: The design, layout, visual elements, graphics, source code, and custom interactive components of this website are the intellectual property of RABSS Technologies and are protected by copyright laws.

Client IP: For contracted client builds, 100% ownership of custom-developed software repositories, database architectures, graphics, and custom source code transfers directly to the client from day one upon fulfillment of agreed milestone payments, as specified in our development agreements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and interactive tools for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, disable, or hack our web infrastructure or interactive calculators.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading information via our project inquiry forms.
